To initiate a return, please give us a brief explanation as to why you'd like to return the item so that we can continue striving to be better.

Your request will be queued up and you will be contacted by our team soon. We try our best to pick up the product via our courier partners. If that isn't possible, then we ask you self ship the product back to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice.

Please note that requests will only be accepted if requested within 5 days of receipt of your LuxeLight.

If you're unhappy with the product we will refund you 100% of your purchase value or we will replace any damaged or defective
